Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will drive the growth of the organization by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. This position involves leveraging various tools, strategies, and data to create opportunities that align with the company's objectives, ultimately contributing to increased revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through market analysis, social media platforms, industry events, and other channels.

• Qualify leads by assessing their needs, challenges, and potential fit with the company’s products or services.

• Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and assist in the development of customized sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and ensure regular updates to track lead status and progress.

• Create and execute outbound campaigns, including email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach.

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to establish trust and gather insights.

• Analyze lead generation efforts and provide reports on performance metrics to recommend improvements.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other lead generation tools.

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional approach.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical sales or lead generation in engineering-related industries.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

• Track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.

• Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage.
